We require between 2-5 working days on average to fulfill your order and transport it to our carrier's sort facility. Shipping time varies by country or region. These are our estimates for your reference:

France, Germany: 3-10 Business days
US, Other Europe: 7-14 Business days
Australia, New Zealand: 10-21 Business days
Mexico, Central America, South America: 15-30 Business days

You can return your item(s) for a refund or store credit within 30 days of the purchase. Please follow these steps to make a return:

1. Email us here with your name, surname, order number, product name(s) and return reason.
2. Print the return label we have sent to you.
3. Stick the return label on the outside of the package and take it to your nearest local post office.
4. Email us the tracking number after the package has been shipped.

*Items must be undamaged, unused and in their original packaging.

*Items must be shipped within 5 days at the latest after the return label is created.

If you received a damaged or defective item, we offer returns within 30 days of purchase. To initiate the return process, please refer to our "How do I return my package?" section and follow the instructions carefully.
