You can return your item(s) for a refund or store credit within 30 days of the purchase. Please follow these steps to make a return:
- Email us here with your name, surname, order number, product name(s) and return reason.
- Print the return label we have sent to you.
- Stick the return label on the outside of the package and take it to your nearest local post office.
- Email us the tracking number after the package has been shipped.

*Items must be shipped within 5 days at the latest after the return label is created.
